The Diaspora Property Advisory Connect (TDPAC) is a one stop shop for Nigerians living abroad who are interested in either purchasing or developing properties on one hand or disposing of their properties in Nigeria. TDPAC is a partnership between the three most relevant and critical professional needs in a property transaction; real estate, legal and finance.

Job Description:

  • In conjunction with Management be primarily responsible for introducing the Firm and developing the Firm's business-nationwide and globally, in particular Nigerian’s in diaspora, attracting all real estate and property business stakeholders and rapidly building the business and business profile of the Firm with the objective of assisting interested parties in consummating property and real estate transaction,
  • With a clear understanding of the essence of the Firm, identify the ideal potential clientele for the Firm and market and promote the Firm and its business and services to each target audience or market segment and grow the business of the Firm,
  • Continuously conduct research to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of the Firm in relation to the target market and possible competition in the local and global market, leading to recommended necessary action and steps,
  • Making contacts, visits, and calls both physical and virtual on various possible clientele groupings such as Diaspora Associations worldwide, banks, insurance companies, pension companies and other companies, government and government agencies, embassies and high commissions, chambers of commerce and similar trade or business associations, professional bodies and organisations, associations, and individuals with a view to selling the Firm and its business and services,
  • Making presentations as may be necessary to market and promote the Firm,
  • Maintaining good and satisfactory long-term relationships with existing clientele, stakeholders, and contacts, while seeking to identify and make and build new contacts and clientele,
  • Identifying and developing positive partnerships and collaborations,
  • Continuously building a wide data base of contacts and networks of contacts,
  • Identifying and recommending suitable and effective promotional and marketing material, literature, mechanism, medium etc.,
  • Maintaining satisfactory and effective social media presence for the Firm,
  • Maintaining good market intelligence and awareness of industry trends and practices,
  • Providing management with feedback and reports,
  • Recommending to Management, coordinated and uniform corporate activities, policy, processes, and procedure for the Firm,
  • Performing administrative functions to ensure the smooth and effective running and administration of the Firm, as may be required including maintenance of proper records of all matters and financial transactions,
  • All matters related or incidental to the above functions, and duties.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience.
