Job Description:

Cardinal Torch Company is seeking a multi-talented Graphic Designer & Business Development Officer to drive our brand's visual identity and market expansion. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a creative professional who is equally comfortable in the Adobe Creative Suite as they are in a market research report. You will be responsible for conceptualizing stunning visual and video content while providing critical operational support to our business development team. From managing social media growth to analyzing competitive landscapes and preparing high-stakes client proposals, you will play a central role in our company's journey toward market leadership.

Requirements:

1. Visual Identity & Multimedia Production

  • Graphic Design Excellence: Create visually stunning assets for both digital and print, ensuring every piece of content reinforces our brand's premium identity.

  • Video & Motion Graphics: Edit and enhance professional video content, incorporating animations and effects to capture audience attention on social media.

  • Content Strategy: Tailor infographics and multimedia content to specific channels, ensuring high engagement and "shareability" across platforms.

2. Market Intelligence & Business Support

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging industry trends and assess competitive landscapes to inform senior management's decision-making.

  • Proposal Engineering: Assist in the preparation and customization of high-impact business proposals and presentations for potential high-value clients.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business plans and milestones, ensuring that time, cost, and quality indicators remain in line with approved objectives.

3. Social Media & Administrative Governance

  • Community Management: Curate social media calendars, monitor trends, and engage with our audience to foster brand loyalty.

  • Operational Support: Provide secretariat services, including coordinating committee meetings, managing business calendars, and ensuring accurate documentation of all activities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between marketing, sales, and operations to streamline communication and enhance business development effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

Technical & Academic Standards

  • Academic: Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • Design Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Video Skills: Strong video editing capabilities using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

  • Business Tools: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Business Development tools.
