Job Description:

We are pleased to offer you the position of Sales & Bookstore Manager at Leadersworldng. In this pivotal role, you will be the custodian of our retail excellence, responsible for the total operational health of our Victoria Island location. You will blend strategic sales leadership with meticulous inventory management to ensure our customers receive world-class service. Your mission is to drive profitability through innovative promotions while maintaining a secure, organized, and high-energy environment for both staff and patrons.

Requirements:

1. Retail Operations & Customer Excellence

• Daily Oversight: Lead all day-to-day operations, ensuring the bookstore opens on time and maintains a professional atmosphere from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

• Service Leadership: Model and enforce exceptional customer service standards, ensuring every visitor to the Bonny Cantonment complex has a premium experience.

• Facility Standards: Maintain the visual merchandising and physical upkeep of the store to reflect the "Leadersworld" brand.

2. Inventory & Sales Strategy

• Stock Management: Manage the end-to-end inventory lifecycle, including procurement, shelf-stocking, and rigorous periodic audits to prevent shrinkage.

• Sales Growth: Develop and execute creative in-store promotions and marketing initiatives to hit and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor sales trends to ensure high-demand titles and products are always in stock.

3. Security, Safety & Team Leadership

• Security Governance: Implement and monitor strict security protocols to safeguard company assets, stock, and personnel.

• Staff Management: Supervise and motivate the sales team, providing the coaching and feedback necessary to achieve collective performance goals.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure the shop remains a safe environment for both employees and customers, adhering to all cantonment and complex regulations.
