Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Branch Coordinator to lead our operations and business expansion within the Abeokuta branch. This role is a strategic hybrid, requiring a leader who can oversee rigorous security field operations while simultaneously driving revenue growth and client retention. You will be responsible for the discipline of our guard force, the satisfaction of our corporate clients, and the conversion of new business opportunities. Requirements:
1. Security Operations & Guard Force Discipline
Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement site-specific security strategies and emergency response plans to safeguard client assets.
Field Leadership: Directly oversee patrol supervisors and field personnel, ensuring that location-specific targets are met and that guards maintain the highest standards of appearance and discipline.
Operational Efficiency: Coordinate multi-site operations to ensure seamless service delivery and effectiveness across all assigned locations in the Abeokuta region.
2. Business Development & Client Partnership
Growth Architecture: Identify new business opportunities within the region to drive revenue increases and expand our market share.
Relationship Stewardship: Act as the primary liaison for clients, managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure maximum satisfaction, contract renewals, and long-term retention.
Contract Management: Support the tendering and negotiation process for new security service contracts, ensuring technical and commercial viability.
3. Compliance & Risk Governance
Risk Assessment: Liaise with internal teams to conduct thorough risk assessments and security audits for existing and prospective clients.
Operational Documentation: Maintain precise records for all security guards, including vetting, deployment history, and performance logs.
Reporting Excellence: Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly operational and financial reports to the headquarters.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Tenure: 3–4 years of experience in security operations, business development, or branch leadership.
Industry Edge: Specific experience in the security services industry is a significant advantage.
Track Record: Proven ability to manage teams across multi-site operations and successfully support or secure service contracts.
Core Competencies
Leadership: Exceptional ability to manage and discipline a field-based workforce.
Communication: Refined interpersonal skills for high-level client engagement and internal reporting.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern reporting tools.
