Job Description:
- Develop and implement a Go-to-Market strategy.
- Identify and pursue high-value project opportunities.
- Build pipelines in public and private sectors.
- Lead bid strategy and proposal submissions.
- Forge relationships with strategic partners and agencies.
- Reposition Cozym's brand with professional marketing.
- Collaborate on digital presence improvement.
- Represent Cozym at events and forums.
- Provide business intelligence on market trends.
- Shape new service offerings with technical teams.
Requirements:
- Strong deal-closing and commercial skills.
- Excellent proposal writing and pitching.
- Strategic thinking and execution ability.
- CRM and marketing platform knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- MBA or certification is an advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in business development, sales, or marketing within engineering, oil & gas, energy, or EPC sectors.
- Proven record in winning B2B / government contracts.
