Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Identify and pursue high-value project opportunities.
  • Build pipelines in public and private sectors.
  • Lead bid strategy and proposal submissions.
  • Forge relationships with strategic partners and agencies.
  • Reposition Cozym's brand with professional marketing.
  • Collaborate on digital presence improvement.
  • Represent Cozym at events and forums.
  • Provide business intelligence on market trends.
  • Shape new service offerings with technical teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong deal-closing and commercial skills.
  • Excellent proposal writing and pitching.
  • Strategic thinking and execution ability.
  • CRM and marketing platform knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
    • MBA or certification is an advantage.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7 years in business development, sales, or marketing within engineering, oil & gas, energy, or EPC sectors.
    • Proven record in winning B2B / government contracts.
