Job Description:
We are seeking a high-octane Business Lead to spearhead our agency’s revenue growth and market expansion. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and high-level client management. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, leading the charge on C-suite pitches, and ensuring our service offerings—from digital advertising to influencer marketing—are positioned for maximum conversion. If you are a commercially minded "closer" with a deep agency background and a knack for turning a cold lead into a long-term partnership, you belong in our leadership pipeline.
Requirements:
1. New Business Acquisition & Market Expansion
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new industries and geographies.
Pitch Leadership: Lead the development of winning proposals and presentations, translating complex client needs into compelling creative and strategic value propositions.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities aligned with agency revenue targets.
2. Strategic Account Management & Upselling
C-Suite Liaison: Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, building the trust necessary to influence long-term marketing investments.
Growth Mining: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services (Influencer, Digital, Creative) within existing accounts.
Client Retention: Ensure exceptional service delivery by translating client visions into clear, actionable briefs for our internal creative and operations teams.
3. Agency Positioning & Market Intelligence
Commercial Strategy: Contribute to agency pricing models, service innovation, and competitive positioning based on real-time market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Strategy, Creative, and Media teams to ensure our pitches are not only ambitious but operationally feasible.
Reporting & Analysis: Use data-driven insights from "Wins & Losses" to refine sales tactics and update leadership on progress against revenue KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Industry Mastery
Agency Tenure: At least 5–6 years of experience specifically within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
Domain Knowledge: A deep understanding of the influencer landscape, digital marketing, and advertising services.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in client service and business development with a history of hitting aggressive revenue targets.
Core Competencies
The "Closer" Skillset: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly when leading conversations at the C-suite level.
Strategic Thinking: A commercial mindset capable of identifying emerging market opportunities before the competition.
