Job Description:
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across target markets
- Drive aggressive revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship management
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and financial projections
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with farmers, distributors, corporate and institutional partners
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Track market trends and competitors to inform strategy and positioning
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Partnerships (AgriTech or related sector preferred).
- Strong numerical, analytical and financial interpretation skills.
- Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, presentation and closing ability.
- High level of discipline, resilience and accountability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong growth mindset.
