Job Description:
- Lead the sales and marketing operations.
- Generate and convert new business leads within the Security and AI Solutions space.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Accounts, Administration) to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5years post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years in software or security solution sales.
- Demonstrated experience selling Perimeter Security Devices or related IT solutions.
- Strong digital marketing and presales skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and process-driven.
