Job Description:

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing multi-million Naira deals.
• Actively present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers (B2B and/or B2C).

Market and Strategy:

• Identify and penetrate new market segments, target accounts, and strategic partnership opportunities within and outside Lagos.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand competitive dynamics and customer needs, translating insights into actionable sales strategies.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to ensure product fit and successful market penetration.

Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or a similar revenue-generating role.
• Track Record: Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed high-level sales quotas and targets.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and professional presentation skills.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
