Job Description:
We are seeking an elite, highly versatile, and strategic Group Content Manager to serve as our lead corporate storyteller and brand guardian. In this high-impact role, you will be the creative engine responsible for translating the established brand identities of our diverse group subsidiaries into engaging, high-performing content architectures.
You are far more than a writer; you are a narrative strategist who can effortlessly pivot from the analytical tone required for a B2B industry whitepaper on LinkedIn to the high-engagement storytelling needed for a B2C Instagram campaign. You will own the group-wide editorial lifecycle ensuring every piece of written and visual media perfectly reflects our corporate guidelines, captures audience imagination, and drives commercial conversion.
Requirements:
1. Enterprise Storytelling & Brand Guardianship
Humanizing Content: Extract complex, group-wide technical data, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and operational milestones, and transform them into human-centric, high-converting narratives.
Multi-Brand Tone Alignment: Master, deploy, and safeguard the distinct Tone of Voice (ToV) matrices across all individual brands within the group ecosystem, ensuring flawless consistency across every digital and offline touchpoint.
The Final Gatekeeper: Enforce a rigid quality-control framework as the absolute final reviewer for all external and internal communications, maintaining an eagle eye for grammatical precision, structural flow, and brand safety.
2. Multi-Platform Content Execution & Collaboration
Omnichannel Copywriting: Concept, draft, edit, and polish elite-tier long-form copy (thought leadership articles, annual industry reports, corporate newsletters) and short-form assets (social media copy, conversion-driven ad scripts, meta-descriptions).
Creative Visual Sync: Partner intimately with internal Creative Designers and multimedia producers to ensure that typography, visual layouts, and written hooks work in absolute harmony to communicate a cohesive story.
Video Script Engineering: Storyboard and script high-impact video content for corporate documentaries, product launches, and digital short-form reels.
3. Editorial Operations & Strategic Project Management
Group Editorial Infrastructure: Architect and manage a centralized, group-wide editorial content calendar, aligning publishing schedules with overriding marketing campaign milestones.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Liaise directly with diverse department heads, technical specialists, and C-suite executives to source accurate background data and pipeline insights for upcoming content streams.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Infuse modern SEO best practices structurally into web copy, optimizing topical relevance, keyword density, and search intent mapping to dominate regional and global search engine result pages (SERPs).
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Academic Foundation
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in English, Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a strictly related humanities/commercial discipline from an accredited university.
Experience & Track Record
Professional Longevity: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive, verifiable experience operating within Content Creation, Brand Marketing, Journalism, or Corporate Communications.
Agency Advantage: Prior experience operating within a fast-paced creative marketing agency or managing content for a multi-sector conglomerate is highly preferred.
Evidence of Versatility: A proven, deep portfolio demonstrating your ability to write seamlessly across distinct industries and contrasting audience personas (B2B vs. B2C).
Technical Competencies & Skill Matrix
Digital Tool Stack Fluency: Practical, hands-on proficiency navigating modern Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Contentful) alongside enterprise SEO optimization suites (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs).
Narrative Engineering: A natural, demonstrable capability to find the unique "hook" in mundane or highly technical topics and weave them into compelling corporate narratives.
Execution Under Pressure: Demonstrated project management capabilities with the discipline to coordinate multiple concurrent content campaigns under tight corporate deadlines without sacrificing narrative depth.
