Requirements:
1. Creative Direction & Cultural Strategy
Voice & Vision: Lead content ideation and execution, ensuring our entertainment website and digital platforms maintain a distinct, bold, and authoritative voice.
Trend Advocacy: Stay ahead of pop culture and digital conversations in Nigeria and globally, translating "the next big thing" into actionable content strategies.
Multi-Platform Innovation: Drive innovative strategies across web, social media, and video, ensuring high-fidelity storytelling that stops the scroll.
2. Production & Technical Optimization
Multimedia Collaboration: Partner with designers, videographers, and editors to produce high-impact visual and written content that drives virality.
Growth Engineering: Optimize all content for SEO and platform performance, ensuring our stories aren't just great—they are discoverable and scalable.
Data-Driven Creativity: Analyze performance insights to refine creative direction, moving from "gut feeling" to data-backed content excellence.
3. Leadership & Integrated Marketing
Mentorship: Provide high-level creative leadership and quality control, coaching the content team to maintain elite standards of production.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree/HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or Creative Arts.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in digital content creation and creative leadership (Agency or Media House experience is highly preferred).
Technical Savvy: Deep experience with CMS platforms (WordPress), SEO tools, and Digital Analytics (Google Analytics, Social Insights).
