Job Description:

We are seeking a vibrant, camera-confident, and results-oriented Female Content Creator to become the face and voice of our digital presence. In the era of social commerce, the ability to build a bridge between a brand and its audience through live interaction is a superpower. Your mission is to master the "Live" environment—hosting high-energy sessions that don't just entertain, but drive measurable growth in followers, engagement, and sales.

As our lead creator, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of social media content: from scripted Reels and unscripted "Behind the Scenes" stories to high-stakes Livestreaming events. If you have 2+ years of experience in front of a lens and a proven track record of converting viewers into customers, we want you in our studio.

Requirements:

1. Livestream Hosting & Live Selling

• Live Engagement: Host scheduled live sessions (TikTok, IG, YouTube), maintaining high energy and professional clarity while interacting with a real-time audience.

• Product Advocacy: Masterfully promote products and campaigns during live sessions, using storytelling to drive immediate conversions and lead generation.

• Stream Management: Plan and execute a consistent livestream calendar, ensuring technical readiness and professional moderation of live chats.

2. Multi-Platform Content Production

• Creative Directing: Develop high-retention short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that align with current algorithm trends and brand identity.

• Trend Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of social media formats, sounds, and platform changes to ensure our content remains "current" and "reactive."

• Scripted & Raw Content: Balance polished, scripted brand messaging with authentic, unscripted content to build deep-rooted community trust.

3. Community Growth & Performance Analytics

• Active Moderation: Build and nurture an online community by responding to DMs and comments, and using polls/giveaways to spark interaction.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics—watch time, engagement rates, and conversion numbers—to optimize future content strategies.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports to the marketing team, translating audience behavior into actionable growth strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of HND qualification.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in content creation and/or professional livestreaming.

• Platform Mastery: Demonstrated success in growing accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Bonus Assets: Experience in Live Selling, basic video editing (CapCut/InShot), or a background in acting/broadcasting.
