Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphics Designer to serve as the visual voice of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex ideas into high-impact visuals that resonate across all digital and print platforms. Your mission is to elevate our brand aesthetic, ensuring every touchpoint—from a quick Instagram story to a formal corporate one-pager—is cohesive, professional, and engaging.
The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who understands that social media design requires a unique blend of speed and strategy. You should be equally comfortable building a multi-slide educational carousel as you are designing a high-conversion digital ad. If you have a sharp eye for typography and a portfolio that proves you can move the needle, we want to see your work.
Requirements:
1. Social Media Architecture
Digital-First Design: Craft high-quality visuals specifically optimized for social platforms, including engaging static posts, educational carousels, and high-energy promotional graphics.
Engagement Strategy: Apply principles of visual hierarchy to ensure that key messages are processed instantly by scrolling users.
Platform Optimization: Tailor designs to meet the unique specifications and "vibe" of various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.) while maintaining brand consistency.
2. Marketing & Brand Collateral
Campaign Support: Collaborate with internal teams to design assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and major announcements.
Professional Assets: Develop a range of marketing materials, including digital flyers, corporate one-pagers, and high-conversion digital advertisements.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring the correct use of color theory, typography, and layout across all mediums.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects (specifically social media and marketing campaigns).
Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Artistic Foundation: Solid understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
