Job Description:
Lisa Suites Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketer to lead our digital footprint. In the luxury hospitality sector, your work is the guest’s first experience of our brand. Your mission is to develop and execute a high-impact digital strategy that transforms online engagement into room bookings and sustainable revenue growth.
You will be the architect of our online persona, managing everything from viral TikTok content to high-precision Meta and Google Ads. If you have 3+ years of experience, a "data-first" mindset, and a passion for creating content that sells the "Lisa Suites Experience," we invite you to lead our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
1. Social Media & Content Engineering
Platform Growth: Lead the strategy for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X, focusing on community building and high-value engagement.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality promotional videos, reels, and graphics that showcase our suites, dining, and amenities.
Creative Coordination: Plan and oversee professional photo and video shoots to ensure our visual assets remain premium and current.
2. Performance Marketing & Search Optimization (SEO/SEM)
Paid Campaigns: Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads with a focus on maximizing ROI and reducing the cost-per-booking.
SEO Governance: Update and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings, ensuring Lisa Suites is the first choice for travelers.
Conversion Optimization: Ensure the booking engine is seamless, functional, and optimized for a high conversion rate.
3. Reputation Management & Analytics
Brand Voice: Professional monitoring and response to reviews on Google and OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), ensuring our reputation remains impeccable.
Data-Driven Insights: Track performance metrics (reach, clicks, conversions) and prepare weekly reports that translate data into actionable marketing pivots.
Lead Generation: Build and manage email newsletters and automated workflows to nurture past guests and generate repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing. Experience in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
Tech Stack Proficiency:
Advertising: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
Design: Canva, CapCut, and basic video editing tools.
Systems: Social media management tools, SEO plugins, and Web Analytics.
