Job Description:
We are seeking a results-obsessed Content & Marketing Team Lead to serve as the growth engine for Pathfinder. This is a high-impact leadership role where creative storytelling meets analytical rigor. Your mission is to move beyond "likes" and "engagement" to drive measurable revenue through high-converting ad campaigns, sophisticated email automation, and persuasive content strategy.
Specifically overseeing our Career Coaching Programs, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to execute 360-degree campaigns. If you have 4–6 years of experience, a mastery of Meta and LinkedIn Ads, and the ability to turn cold leads into loyal clients through automation and storytelling, you belong at Pathfinder.
Requirements:
1. High-Performance Advertising & Conversion
Full-Funnel Ads Management: Design, launch, and optimize high-converting Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
Creative Directing: Develop ad copy and visuals with aggressive CTAs designed to minimize cost-per-lead while maximizing ROI.
Continuous Optimization: Conduct weekly performance audits, A/B testing new creatives, and refining targeting strategies to scale what works.
2. Lifecycle Marketing & Automation
Nurture Architecture: Build and manage complex email automation sequences (Zoho, Mailchimp, or Active Campaign) to move leads through the immigration, study abroad, and career coaching pipelines.
Lead Recovery: Implement "Abandoned Cart" and re-engagement flows to capture lost revenue.
Story-Driven Email: Design weekly newsletters that leverage persuasive storytelling to build brand authority and drive sales.
3. Content Leadership & Strategic Alignment
Campaign Orchestration: Lead the content team to execute monthly calendars aligned with major events (Bootcamps, Black Friday, 12 Days of Christmas).
Live Engagement: Oversee the strategy for bi-weekly Instagram Lives and monthly webinars, ensuring a seamless hand-off to the Sales team.
Mentorship: Coach content creators on SEO, readability, and conversion-focused copy, ensuring the team stays accountable to revenue targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 4–6 years in digital marketing or content leadership.
Performance Pedigree: Proven track record of managing paid ad budgets (Meta, Google, or LinkedIn) with positive ROI.
Automation IQ: Strong knowledge of lead nurturing, CRM workflows (Zoho preferred), and automation tools.
Communication: Exceptional copywriting and persuasive storytelling skills.
