Job Description:

We are seeking a highly professional and organized Secretary to join our team in Wuse 2, Abuja. In a fast-paced corporate environment, the Secretary is the operational hub of the office—ensuring that communications flow smoothly, schedules are airtight, and documentation is flawless.

Your mission is to provide comprehensive support to management while serving as the primary face of the organization for visitors and stakeholders. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a degree in Business Administration or Office Management and a mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite, we invite you to lead our administrative operations.

Requirements:

1. Executive Coordination & Scheduling

  • Calendar Management: Mastermind the scheduling of meetings and appointments, ensuring zero overlaps and optimal time management for leadership.

  • Meeting Governance: Organize formal meetings, develop agendas, and capture accurate minutes that serve as the firm's "record of truth."

  • Logistics Mastery: Coordinate travel arrangements and office logistics, ensuring that management can focus on core business objectives.

2. Information Governance & Documentation

  • Correspondence & Drafting: Manage all official emails and letters; draft professional memos, reports, and high-impact presentations.

  • Filing Systems: Maintain sophisticated electronic and hard-copy filing systems that allow for the "five-second retrieval" of any document.

  • Deadline Tracking: Act as the office’s "alarm system," monitoring critical deadlines and ensuring necessary follow-ups are completed on time.

3. Office Operations & Front-Facing Relations

  • First Point of Contact: Provide a professional and welcoming experience at the front desk for all visitors and external stakeholders.

  • Vendor & Supply Management: Monitor office inventory and liaise with external vendors to ensure the workplace is always fully resourced.

  • Confidentiality: Serve as a trusted custodian of sensitive information, adhering to strict privacy protocols and internal company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant is a significant advantage.

  • Location: Must be able to commute to Wuse 2, Abuja.

  • Technical IQ: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
