Job Description:

ASI Engineering Limited is seeking a smart, professional, and highly organized Receptionist/Admin Assistant to serve as the primary face of our organization. In an engineering firm, the front desk is the hub of communication and professional coordination; your mission is to ensure that every visitor, call, and document is handled with absolute precision.

You will act as the logistical anchor for the office, balancing front-desk hospitality with high-level administrative support for management. Requirements:

1. Front-Office Diplomacy & Communications

  • First Impressions: Welcome and attend to visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor that reflects the firm’s standards.

  • Telecommunications Hub: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls with clarity and professional tact.

  • Correspondence Governance: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of incoming and outgoing emails, official letters, and parcels.

2. Administrative Coordination & Management Support

  • Strategic Scheduling: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure all appointments are confirmed and conflict-free.

  • Document Architecture: Prepare professional reports and official documents as required, ensuring high standards of grammar and formatting.

  • Operational Assistance: Provide proactive daily support to management to streamline office productivity and workflow.

3. Systems & Office Governance

  • Filing Integrity: Establish and maintain robust physical and electronic filing systems to ensure information is secure yet easily retrievable.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage, especially within a corporate or engineering environment.

  • Tech IQ: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Persona: Professional attitude and appearance; confident and disciplined.
