Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, Science-inclined professional to serve as the face and voice of our health brand. This is a unique "hybrid" role that bridges the gap between premium in-person hospitality and global digital health advocacy.

Your mission is dual-faceted: you will manage our front-office operations with absolute professionalism while simultaneously serving as our "Digital Health Host." You will be responsible for translating complex health concepts into engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, hosting live events, and driving sales through expert product knowledge. If you are a Microbiology, Nutrition, or Chemistry graduate with a flair for the camera and a passion for wellness, we invite you to lead our digital health frontier.

Requirements:

1. Digital Health Advocacy & Content Creation

• Live Hosting: Lead high-energy online events and "Live" sessions, engaging audiences with health tips and evidence-based wellness advice.

• Platform Mastery: Create, curate, and deploy viral-ready content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to grow our digital community.

• Product Education: Act as a credible health consultant, confidently promoting and selling quality wellness products by leveraging your scientific background.

2. Front-Office Excellence & Patient Liaison

• First Impressions: Manage the front desk with a polished, professional, and articulate demeanor, ensuring every visitor experiences a premium welcome.

• Patient Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, scheduling, and basic health consultations, ensuring a seamless flow of office operations.

• Organizational Governance: Maintain meticulous records and ensure the reception area reflects the brand's high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

3. Sales & Community Growth

• Conversion Strategy: Use your "Internet Savvy" skills to identify sales opportunities within the digital community and convert viewers into loyal customers.

• Health Promotion: Develop creative campaigns that simplify Microbiology, Nutrition, or Chemistry concepts into actionable lifestyle tips for our followers.

• Customer Feedback Loop: Monitor social media interactions to gather customer insights and improve our service delivery both online and offline.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Graduate in a Science-related field (Microbiology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a similar discipline).

• Persona: Confident, articulate, and highly professional. You must be comfortable being the "face of the brand" on camera.

• Tech IQ: Deep versatility with social media algorithms (TikTok, IG, YouTube) and mobile video editing tools.

• Experience: Previous experience in hosting, public speaking, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
