  • SLA Governance: Assist in monitoring deliverables for client engagements, ensuring the firm meets its Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with precision.

2. Facility & IT Infrastructure Management

  • Workplace Standards: Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a professional, safe, and fully functional office environment.

  • IT Reliability: Act as the first point of contact for infrastructure support, managing internet connectivity, office hardware, and coordinating with external IT service providers to minimize downtime.

  • Resource Procurement: Manage utilities, office supplies, and vendor services to ensure the team has the tools required for peak performance.

3. Reporting, Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Operational Intelligence: Prepare routine daily and weekly updates, facility status reports, and project tracking logs.

  • Process Discipline: Support the implementation of operational policies and identify gaps where efficiency can be enhanced.

  • Documentation: Strong skills in preparing structured operational reports and maintaining accurate records.

Core Competencies

  • Operational Execution: A "finisher" mindset with a strong drive for follow-through.

  • Multitasking: Ability to prioritize conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying infrastructure or process issues and suggesting resolutions.
