Black Pelican Group is offering a high-impact internship for a recent NYSC Corps Member currently deployed to Lagos. This is not just an administrative role; it is a strategic entry point into the world of executive management. You will serve as a support pillar to our leadership team, gaining a "behind-the-scenes" view of how a market-leading organization operates.
As an Executive Management Support Intern, you will leverage your analytical STEM background to streamline operations, manage high-level communications, and support project execution. This role is designed for a proactive, sharp-minded individual who is ready to transition from the classroom to the boardroom. Requirements:
1. Executive Coordination & Logistical Support
Workflow Optimization: Assist the executive team in managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring daily operations run seamlessly.
Information Governance: Manage incoming data, correspondence, and documentation with the precision required of a STEM graduate.
Meeting Facilitation: Support the coordination of executive meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing actionable minutes.
2. Technical & Data Support
Microsoft Office Mastery: Use Excel and PowerPoint to transform raw operational data into professional reports and presentations for management.
Project Tracking: Support the monitoring of key management projects, ensuring that deadlines are tracked and milestones are reported.
Research & Insights: Conduct market or internal research as directed to provide data-backed insights for executive decision-making.
3. Professional Development & Readiness

Qualifications and Skills:
Mandatory Profile
NYSC Status: Must be a currently serving Corps Member deployed to Lagos State.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related discipline.
Tech IQ: Basic but solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
