Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to join our team in Ikeja. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who excels at maintaining order in a fast-paced office environment. You will be the primary custodian of our administrative and legal records, ensuring that every document is archived correctly and every correspondence is handled with speed and discretion.

This is an on-site role that requires a "strict residence in Ikeja" to ensure punctuality and operational readiness. If you are a disciplined administrator with a passion for precise record-keeping and structured filing, we invite you to apply.

Requirements:

1. Information & Correspondence Governance

  • Communication Management: Oversee the lifecycle of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, ensuring they are routed to the correct parties without delay.

  • Archival Mastery: Lead the organization and archiving of sensitive legal documents, maintaining a system that ensures 100% retrievability.

  • Record Integrity: Implement and maintain a rigorous record-keeping framework to track office activities and official documentation.

2. Administrative Coordination

  • Calendar Management: Proactively schedule appointments, manage meetings, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.

  • Office Flow: Ensure that the daily administrative pulse of the office remains steady, handling documentation requests and clerical needs with professionalism.

  • Accuracy & Detail: Conduct regular audits of physical and digital files to ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: OND / HND in a relevant field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, with specific exposure to legal documentation or formal archiving.

  • Location: Strictly required to reside in Ikeja, Lagos.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for professional correspondence.

  • Organization: Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
