Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity Operations & Administrative Manager to serve as the functional backbone of our company. This role is designed for a systematic leader who can balance the complexities of a fast-moving supply chain with the rigorous standards of facility and security management.

Your mission is to ensure that our operations are not just "running," but are cost-effective, premium, and scalable. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team—from storekeepers to security personnel—to maintain 100% uptime in our facilities while optimizing our logistics and procurement pipelines. If you have 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG or food industry and a passion for process automation, we invite you to lead our operations.

Requirements:

1. Supply Chain & Logistics Orchestration

  • Procurement Strategy: Architect the sourcing of raw materials and packaging, negotiating with vendors to balance cost-efficiency with premium quality standards.

  • Inventory Governance: Implement rigorous controls to eliminate stock-outs, minimize waste, and prevent pilferage.

  • Distribution Management: Oversee the end-to-end dispatch of finished products to distributors and retail partners, ensuring on-time delivery through optimized scheduling and tracking systems.

2. Facility, Safety & Security Command

  • Infrastructure Stewardship: Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring the premises reflect our brand’s premium and hygienic standards.

  • Preventative Maintenance: Manage the maintenance lifecycle of fixed assets and machinery, enforcing schedules that prevent operational downtime.

  • Total Security & HSE: Develop and monitor security protocols, supervise outsourced vendors, and ensure 100% compliance with workplace health and safety (HSE) regulations.

3. Performance Leadership & Process Engineering

  • SOP Enforcement: Develop and monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all functions to ensure consistency and discipline.

  • Workforce Optimization: Supervise and train operational staff (logistics, storekeepers, security) to elevate efficiency and capacity.

  • Data-Driven Reporting: Track KPIs related to facility uptime, logistics speed, and procurement savings to provide management with actionable risk and performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in operations/admin management within the FMCG, Food, or Beverage industry.

  • Technical Stack: High proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.

Core Competencies

  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse teams across logistics, security, and maintenance.

  • Negotiation: Strong skills in vendor management and cost-control.

  • Decision-Making: Ability to solve complex logistical problems and identify opportunities for automation.
