Preventative Maintenance: Manage the maintenance lifecycle of fixed assets and machinery, enforcing schedules that prevent operational downtime.
Total Security & HSE: Develop and monitor security protocols, supervise outsourced vendors, and ensure 100% compliance with workplace health and safety (HSE) regulations.
3. Performance Leadership & Process Engineering
SOP Enforcement: Develop and monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all functions to ensure consistency and discipline.
Workforce Optimization: Supervise and train operational staff (logistics, storekeepers, security) to elevate efficiency and capacity.
Data-Driven Reporting: Track KPIs related to facility uptime, logistics speed, and procurement savings to provide management with actionable risk and performance reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in operations/admin management within the FMCG, Food, or Beverage industry.
Technical Stack: High proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.
