Job Description:
We are seeking a smart, organized, and highly proactive Personal Assistant to act as a strategic support pillar for daily business operations. This is more than a clerical role; it is a position of trust designed for a professional who can anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and ensure that administrative workflows remain seamless.
The ideal candidate must be a "closer"—someone who takes ownership of tasks and errands, ensuring they are completed with speed and precision. Proximity is key for this role; candidates must reside within the Mile 2 – Ago axis to ensure punctuality and operational readiness.
Requirements:
1. Schedule & Communication Management
Calendar Governance: Proactively manage daily schedules, ensuring zero overlaps in appointments and meetings.
Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and official correspondence, filtering information and escalating priorities.
Meeting Coordination: Support the planning and execution of business meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
2. Documentation & Process Support
Records Stewardship: Maintain a flawless digital and physical filing system for business documents and sensitive records.
Office Tech Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools to draft professional reports, memos, and presentations.
Administrative Flow: Implement systems that make daily tasks more efficient and less time-consuming for management.
3. Logistics & Confidentiality
Operational Errands: Handle official errands and logistics with high reliability, representing the organization professionally in external environments.
Data Security: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive business information and private communications.
Commuting Reliability: Leverage your proximity to the Mile 2 – Ago axis to maintain strict punctuality and respond quickly to urgent business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND qualification.
Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
Location: Strictly must reside around the Mile 2 – Ago Palace axis.
Core Competencies
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Organization: Strong multitasking abilities and a natural affinity for order and detail.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email management.
