Job Description:

HyxiPower Nigeria Limited, an affiliate of Off-Field Concept Limited, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to spearhead our market expansion in the renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of our premium solar energy solutions across residential, commercial, and institutional markets. This role requires a sophisticated closer who can navigate complex B2B negotiations, manage diverse sales channels, and translate technical solar benefits into compelling customer value propositions. Requirements:

1. Strategic Sales & Business Development

• Revenue Leadership: Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans focused on hitting aggressive monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Lead Conversion: Identify and prospect high-value leads, converting them into long-term clients across the residential and commercial sectors.

• Complex Deal Closing: Lead the negotiation process for large-scale institutional projects, ensuring all contracts align with company profitability and pricing benchmarks.

2. Channel Management & Market Expansion

• Network Building: Identify and onboard high-value resellers and strategic channel partners to strengthen our national distribution footprint.

• B2B & B2C Strategy: Tailor marketing campaigns and sales pitches to address the unique energy needs of both individual homeowners and corporate entities.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and Nigerian energy market trends to adapt pricing and product positioning strategies in real-time.

3. Solution Demonstrations & Technical Sales

• Site Assessments: Oversee and conduct technical site assessments and product demonstrations to ensure proposed solar solutions match the client's energy load requirements.

• Public Relations: Support and manage high-impact marketing initiatives, including trade exhibitions, industry roadshows, and digital acquisition campaigns.

4. Reporting & CRM Management

• Pipeline Visibility: Maintain meticulous records of sales pipelines and client interactions using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting.

• Executive Insights: Present performance data and strategic recommendations to senior management to guide the company's long-term growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience & Background

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Professional Tenure: 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 1 year specifically within the solar or renewable energy sector.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of PV systems, inverters, battery technologies, and the Nigerian power landscape.

Core Competencies

• Negotiation Mastery: Proven ability to close high-ticket sales in a competitive, price-sensitive market.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to build a sustainable sales pipeline through both direct outreach and channel partnerships.

• Leadership: Self-motivated and capable of leading marketing initiatives and field sales teams.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel within and outside Abuja to manage key accounts and site visits.
