Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Marketing Manager to drive our market expansion and lead our strategic sales initiatives. This unique role requires a blend of engineering logic and sophisticated marketing strategy. You will be responsible for translating complex technical solutions into compelling business value propositions for C-suite executives, while simultaneously leading cross-functional teams to innovate for the Nigerian market. Requirements:

1. Strategic Market Development

• Growth Framework: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies designed to penetrate new sectors and maximize sales opportunities within existing accounts.

• Executive Presence: Confidently present technical products and bespoke services to senior management and board-level stakeholders of major corporations.

• Events & Visibility: Lead the organization's presence at high-impact trade fairs, industry exhibitions, and professional promotional events.

2. Market Intelligence & Product Innovation

• Technical Research: Conduct rigorous market research to identify emerging technology trends, unmet customer needs, and long-term growth opportunities in Nigeria.

• Engineering Collaboration: Act as the bridge between the market and the lab; collaborate with the engineering team to design and refine innovative solutions tailored specifically to the local infrastructure and climate.

• Value Engineering: Translate complex technical specifications into clear, benefit-driven content for marketing collateral and proposals.

3. Leadership & Coordination

• Mentorship: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and strategic thinking.

• Initiative Coordination: Oversee all marketing initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and engineering timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Postgraduate Degree: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from a reputable institution.

• Undergraduate Degree: First degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Sector Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing experience specifically within the Technology sector or related heavy industries.
