We have recently created a giftshop feature on our site at noqnoq and now we are looking for marketers to help us recruit instagram sellers to list their wares on our platform.

Job Description:

Are you a fan of Instagram shopping? Do you know all the best vendors for jewelry, clothes, and gifts? noqnoq is looking for vibrant, confident Entry-Level Marketers to help us grow our brand-new Giftshop feature. Your goal is to find the best Instagram sellers and convince them to list their products on our platform. No degree or prior experience is needed—we will train you! If you are a "people person," live near Surulere, and want to start a career in tech-marketing, this is for you.

Requirements:

1. Vendor Recruitment & Outreach

• Prospecting: Search Instagram and other social platforms to identify high-quality gift vendors (e.g., florists, bakers, accessory makers, and craftspeople).

• The "Pitch": Reach out to these sellers via DMs, calls, and physical visits to explain the benefits of listing on the noqnoq Giftshop.

• Onboarding: Guide sellers through the sign-up process and help them list their first set of items on our site.

2. Relationship Building

• Vendor Support: Act as the first point of contact for new sellers, answering their questions about how the platform works.

• Community Growth: Help build a network of reliable vendors who are excited to grow their business with noqnoq.

3. Performance & Collaboration

• Daily Targets: Meet daily and weekly targets for the number of new sellers successfully onboarded.

• Reporting: Share feedback from vendors with the product team to help make the Giftshop feature even better.

• Work Schedule:

• Days: 5 days a week (Monday – Friday).

• Time: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.

• Location: Fully On-site at our office in Aguda, Surulere.

• Location: You must reside in or near Aguda, Surulere to ensure you can easily get to work every day.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education/Experience: None required! This is an entry-level role. We value your attitude over your CV.

• Social Media Savvy: You should be very comfortable using Instagram and understand how online selling works.

• Communication: You must be bold, friendly, and able to speak clearly and convincingly.
