Job Description:

Are you a commercially driven salesperson who knows that the modern market is won both on the street and on the screen? We are seeking a Sales & Growth Executive to spearhead our customer acquisition and recurring revenue goals. This is not a traditional sales role; it is a hybrid position that combines high-energy field sales with strategic digital marketing. You will identify demand, generate leads through digital touchpoints, and close high-volume delivery partnerships. If you are a growth hacker who understands how to convert an Instagram inquiry or a LinkedIn lead into a long-term, high-revenue client, we want you to lead our expansion.

Requirements:

1. Digital Lead Generation & Growth (Core KPI)

  • Omnichannel Acquisition: Actively source and convert leads through Instagram, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, and local business communities.

  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with management to launch digital promotions and localized acquisition initiatives that drive immediate order volumes.

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze lead sources and conversion rates to identify which digital channels provide the highest Return on Investment (ROI).

2. Sales & Strategic Business Development

  • Active Prospecting: Identify and onboard new corporate and retail clients through direct outreach, referrals, and digital lead pools.

  • Solution Pitching: Tailor logistics and delivery solutions to fit the specific volume needs of e-commerce vendors, SMEs, and corporate entities.

  • Closing: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial contact to the final service agreement and first delivery.

3. Relationship Management & Upselling

  • Retention Strategy: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring service consistency to drive high repeat usage and brand loyalty.

  • Value Expansion: Upsell bulk delivery plans, subscription models, and long-term logistics arrangements to increase the lifetime value of each client.

  • Internal Synergy: Work closely with the Operations and Support teams to ensure that the "Sales Promise" is matched by "Operational Delivery."

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Academic Background: Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Professional History: 3+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or growth hacking.

  • Sector Knowledge: Experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Service-based industries is a significant advantage.

  • Market IQ: Strong familiarity with the Lagos business landscape and consumer behavior.

Core Competencies

  • Digital Fluency: Practical experience using social media and digital tools specifically for Business Growth rather than just social engagement.

  • Closing Skills: Proven ability to move a prospect from "interested" to "paying customer."

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret sales data and market feedback to recommend growth strategies.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or Sales Tracking tools.
