Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Marketing Executive to serve as the critical engine for our lead generation and brand presence. At Mephalti, we don't just want attention; we want the right prospects. You will be responsible for driving demand through structured field initiatives, customer profiling, and professional brand activations. Acting as the primary feeder to our sales team, you will ensure that every lead generated is vetted, qualified, and sales-ready. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable in the field and at the analysis table, ensuring Mephalti maintains a credible and professional market position.
Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Market Profiling
Qualified Acquisition: Generate high-intent, sales-ready leads through targeted outreach, avoiding generic or unvetted contacts.
Customer Segmentation: Identify, profile, and document specific target markets and key decision-makers to ensure marketing spend is laser-focused.
Sales Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to facilitate smooth lead handovers and track conversion performance.
2. Field Marketing & Brand Presence
Outreach Execution: Lead structured field marketing campaigns and on-ground activations to build a physical presence in key territories.
Omnichannel Visibility: Support brand awareness through a mix of on-ground partnerships and coordinated digital marketing efforts across social media and online networks.
Brand Custodianship: Ensure all communications and field materials adhere strictly to Mephalti’s professional brand standards and values.
3. Intelligence & Performance Analytics
Market Intelligence: Gather and report actionable data on competitor pricing, market shifts, and customer behavior.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of individual campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Documentation: Maintain clear records of all marketing activities, lead sources, and engagement results.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic Background: OND / HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Professional History: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in field marketing, brand activation, or business development.
Track Record: Proven ability to generate leads that consistently convert into high-value sales opportunities.
Core Competencies
Field Mastery: Hands-on experience with on-ground activations and direct market engagement.
Digital Literacy: Good knowledge of social media marketing, online lead tracking, and digital campaign coordination.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends and competitor insights to adjust strategies.
