Job Description:

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate new leads through field marketing, referrals, and digital networking.

  • Solution Selling: Consult with potential clients to understand their energy needs and recommend appropriate solar packages (Inverters, Lithium/Tubular batteries, and Solar PV panels).

  • Closing: Negotiate contract terms and close high-value sales deals to consistently meet and exceed monthly targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Consultative Approach: Build long-term relationships with customers by providing expert advice on energy efficiency and system ROI.

  • Customer Support: Ensure a seamless transition from sales to installation by providing exceptional post-sale support and addressing client inquiries.

  • Account Retention: Manage a database of existing clients to encourage referrals and system upgrades.

3. Market Awareness & Reporting

  • Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest solar technologies, government policies, and competitor pricing in the Nigerian renewable energy space.

  • Performance Tracking: Provide weekly reports on sales pipelines, conversion rates, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Passion: A genuine interest in renewable energy and a commitment to driving the transition to green power.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience in Sales and Marketing within the Solar Industry is mandatory. * Track Record: A verifiable history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.

  • Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to explain technical solar concepts to non-technical clients.

Salary

₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month
