Job Description:

1. Customer Engagement & Service

• Brand Ambassador: Greet every customer with a warm welcome and engage in professional conversation to understand their needs.

• Product Expertise: Maintain an expert-level knowledge of our products, features, and current promotions to provide accurate recommendations.

• Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and minor complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring every shopper leaves satisfied.

2. Sales & POS Operations

• Transaction Management: Operate the Cash Register/POS system accurately, processing cash and card payments while ensuring a balanced till.

• Promotion Driving: Proactively mention current deals and "upsell" related products to help meet and exceed store sales targets.

• Returns & Refunds: Process returns and exchanges efficiently in accordance with company policy.

3. Merchandising & Inventory Control

• Visual Standards: Restock shelves and arrange product displays to ensure the sales floor is always tidy, appealing, and "instagram-ready."

• Stock Management: Assist with receiving new deliveries, unpacking items, and labeling products correctly.

• Store Upkeep: Participate in daily cleaning and organizing to maintain a safe and presentable store environment.

Requirements:

• Communication: Clear, confident, and professional verbal communication skills.

• Personal Attributes: * Friendly and approachable demeanor.

  • High energy levels and the ability to stand for long periods.

  • Strong sense of integrity and accountability for cash handling.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any field.

• Experience: 0–1 year of experience (this is an entry-level role; internships or previous holiday jobs in retail/customer service are a plus).
