Job Description:
On behalf of our client in the premium footwear industry, we are seeking a polished, high-energy, and trend-aware Female Retail Sales Executive. This role is designed for a "Sneakerhead" at heart—someone who lives and breathes footwear culture and understands the nuances of brand heritage and market trends.
You will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering a high-touch shopping experience that converts casual browsers into loyal brand advocates. Beyond sales, you will manage the technical aspects of the retail floor, including inventory accuracy and POS systems, ensuring the business operates with the precision of a top-tier retail institution.
Requirements:
1. Sales Mastery & Brand Advocacy
Customer Engagement: Use deep knowledge of sneaker brands and styles to provide expert recommendations and personalized styling advice.
Target Achievement: Driven by a results-oriented mindset to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through persuasion and effective negotiation.
Culture Immersion: Stay ahead of global streetwear trends to act as a credible authority for discerning customers.
2. Operational Excellence & Retail Tech
POS Governance: Manage transactions with speed and accuracy using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Inventory Control: Maintain "real-time" accuracy of stock levels, performing regular inventory checks and reporting discrepancies to management.
Merchandising: Ensure the shop floor is visually compelling, organized, and reflective of the brand’s premium status.
3. Client Relationship Management (CRM)
Service Excellence: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a high level of empathy and professional etiquette.
Loyalty Building: Utilize CRM tools to track customer preferences and follow up on new arrivals, ensuring repeat patronage.
Dynamic Availability: Adapt to the fast-paced retail environment, including peak periods, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in Footwear or Athletic Apparel retail is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency for reporting.
