Job Description:
Customer Acquisition & Activation
Field Marketing: Proactively engage potential customers in high-traffic areas (markets, parks, plazas, and neighborhoods) to introduce our savings products.
Onboarding: Guide new users through the end-to-end registration process—from downloading the app to account tier upgrades and first-time deposits.
Product Education: Clearly explain the benefits, interest rates, and security features of the digital savings product to build customer trust.
Sales Target Management
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition and account activation targets.
Lead Tracking: Maintain a basic record of successful activations and follow up with prospects who have downloaded the app but are yet to fund their accounts.
Requirements:
Tools: Must own a functional smartphone and be comfortable navigating mobile applications.
Tech Savvy: Ability to troubleshoot basic mobile app issues (e.g., clearing cache, enabling permissions) for customers during onboarding.
Core Competencies
Persuasion: The ability to turn a "no" into a "yes" through polite and persistent communication.
Resilience: A positive attitude while working in a fast-paced, outdoor field environment.
Integrity: Honest representation of product features and secure handling of customer data.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of SSCE, NCE, or OND qualification.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in field sales, street marketing, or a related promotional role.
