Job Description:
1. B2B Sales & Relationship Management
Lead Conversion: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate, government, NGO, and group clients. Conduct site inspections, presentations, and high-level negotiations to secure bookings.
Pipeline Management: Own the full booking lifecycle—from initial inquiry and proposal development to contract execution and post-event follow-up.
Strategic Networking: Drive group bookings through consistent relationship management, sales visits, and hosted client engagements. Use CRM tools to track and forecast sales performance.
2. Integrated Marketing & Brand Identity
Omnichannel Strategy: Execute marketing initiatives across digital, on-site, and partnership channels, ensuring a consistent and premium brand voice.
Content Leadership: Coordinate photography, video production, and influencer collaborations to create compelling promotional materials.
Market Intelligence: Monitor campaign ROI, track competitor activity, and analyze booking trends to pivot strategies for maximum conversion.
3. Event Programming & Activations
Event Planning: Concept and support a diverse calendar of events, including corporate retreats, weddings, festivals, and brand activations.
Vendor Coordination: Work with internal teams (F&B, Operations) and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of all contracted services.
Public Relations: Represent CrownCity Resort at industry exhibitions and networking functions to expand our visibility within the tourism sector.
Requirements:
Established Network: An existing professional network within Nigeria’s corporate, government, or tourism sectors is a major advantage.
Industry Background: Previous experience in a resort, luxury lifestyle brand, or high-end hotel environment.
Mindset: A strong commercial mindset with the flexibility to support event schedules and client needs as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Hospitality Management.
Experience: 3–5+ years in hospitality sales, B2B relationship management, or event-focused marketing.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and modern digital marketing tools.
