Job Description:

1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

  • Active Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through field marketing, cold calling, and community networking.

  • Closing Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring high conversion rates for our diverse internet plans.

  • Target Management: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas to drive Rexifi’s market expansion.

2. Client Consultations & Field Marketing

  • Solution Selling: Consult with residential and business clients to recommend the best internet packages based on their data usage and budget.

  • Field Presence: Conduct on-ground marketing activities, including neighborhood "storm" activations and corporate presentations.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and high retention rates.

3. Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Follow-up Excellence: Execute a rigorous follow-up system for all pending leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.

  • Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer pain points.

Requirements:

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.

  • Negotiation: Strong "closing" skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

  • Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a high-pressure field environment.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with internet technology and basic digital tools for sales reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualification: BSc, HND, or National Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales or marketing. Experience within the ISP or Telecommunications sector is a significant advantage.
