Job Description:

1. Revenue Strategy & Growth

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement data-driven real estate marketing and sales strategies to ensure consistent revenue growth.

  • Target Management: Set, monitor, and enforce business development KPIs, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market research and competitor analysis to keep Nanoy Homes ahead of industry trends and pricing shifts.

2. Partnerships & Brand Visibility

  • Strategic Collaborations: Identify, pursue, and close high-value partnerships with corporate organizations and institutional investors.

  • Exhibition Leadership: Position Nanoy Homes as a premier brand at international conferences, real estate expos, and networking platforms to drive high-quality lead generation.

  • Public Representation: Represent the company at executive meetings, industry events, and stakeholder engagements to build brand authority.

3. Lead Generation & Performance Monitoring

  • Investor Engagement: Design and drive engagement strategies for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate investors.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to ensure strategies are translated into measurable field performance.

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present sophisticated performance reports, revenue forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Negotiation: Expert-level closing and negotiation skills with a track record of high-value deal acquisition.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret market data and turn it into actionable sales strategies.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills for high-stakes meetings and expos

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or Economics.

  • Advanced Qualifications: An MBA, PMP, or professional Real Estate certification is a significant advantage.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven success in business development or strategic sales, ideally within the Real Estate or Luxury Property sector.
