Job Description:

1. School Relations & Field Marketing

• Strategic Prospecting: Identify and visit top-tier private schools and educational institutions to promote our range of British Curriculum textbooks.

• Bulk Sales Management: Drive the "Back-to-School" cycles by securing high-volume orders and long-term supply contracts with school administrators.

• Curriculum Advisory: Act as a consultant to schools, explaining how our materials align with Cambridge/IGCSE standards.

2. Digital Marketing & Awareness

• Campaign Execution: Run targeted social media, email, and website campaigns to reach school owners, principals, and teachers.

• Content Creation: Develop compelling digital content that highlights the quality and relevance of our learning materials.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor digital engagement and field conversion rates, providing detailed weekly reports on marketing ROI.

Requirements:

• Communication: Exceptional presentation skills to engage high-level educational stakeholders.

• Resilience: A results-focused approach to meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: The ability to work independently with the goal of scaling operations in the Abuja region.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Education, or a related field.

• Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the British Curriculum (Cambridge/IGCSE) is highly preferred.

• Experience: Proven experience in book sales or the educational marketing sector.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Social Media Business Suites, Email Marketing software).
