Our client, Five Continents Industries KFZE is a manufacturer of roofing sheets and galvernized pipes located in Kano Nigeria. 

Job Description:

1. National Market Expansion & Sales

• Nationwide Outreach: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our product lines across all geopolitical zones in Nigeria.

• Regional Priority: Spearhead specialized sales drives in Northern Nigerian States, identifying high-growth opportunities and local distribution hubs.

• Technical Pitching: Educate potential clients, contractors, and site engineers on the technical specifications and benefits of our roofing and piping solutions.

2. Relationship & Channel Management

• Distributor Network: Identify, onboard, and manage a network of reliable distributors and wholesalers nationwide.

• Key Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with large-scale construction firms, government procurement agencies, and real estate developers.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor analysis and price monitoring to ensure our products remain the preferred choice in the market.

3. Reporting & Strategy

• Sales Tracking: Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on sales volume, market feedback, and revenue targets.

• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products to various regions across the country.

Requirements:

• Language & Culture: Deep understanding of Northern Nigerian market dynamics; proficiency in local languages is a plus.

• Persuasion: Proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts and close sales in a competitive environment.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel nationwide to meet clients and oversee regional marketing activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualification: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of active professional experience in marketing or field sales.

• Industry Plus: Specific experience in the marketing of roofing sheets, galvanized pipes, steel products, or general building materials is a major advantage.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data to improve marketing ROI.
