Job Description:

1. Field Sales & Brand Advocacy

  • Customer Acquisition: Conduct field visits to client premises and schools to promote our products/services and close sales.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term trust with key decision-makers through consistent follow-ups and professional engagement.

  • Pitching & Negotiation: Present our value proposition clearly and confidently, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of schools and corporate clients.

2. Market Intelligence & Digital Research

  • Lead Generation: Use Google and digital tools to conduct deep market research, identifying new potential clients and industry trends.

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor market activities to help the team stay ahead of competitors and refine our sales pitch.

3. Administrative & Office Operations

  • Workflow Management: Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly, from documentation to coordinating team schedules.

  • Communication: Manage the "company voice" via professional telephone interactions and email correspondence.

  • Data Management: Organize and maintain client databases, sales reports, and internal records with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Drive & Integrity: Self-motivated and proactive, with a non-negotiable commitment to honesty and ethical business practices.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, including a polished and professional telephone manner.

  • Leadership: Ability to take initiative, lead small projects, and work effectively as a collaborative team player.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Sales Background: Prior experience in sales or marketing is a significant plus.

  • Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of Google Search/Research and proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Organization: Highly structured and detail-oriented, capable of managing field and office tasks simultaneously.

Salary

N120,000 - N130,000 per month.
