Job Description:
1. Performance Marketing & Paid Media
Ad Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to meet specific ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets.
Conversion Focus: Optimize website and online store listings (e-commerce) to reduce bounce rates and increase cart conversions.
Remarketing: Manage Email and SMS marketing flows to re-engage past customers and reduce abandoned carts.
2. Social Media & Content Strategy
Platform Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business accounts.
Content Architecture: Create and manage a consistent content calendar that balances brand aesthetic with sales-driven messaging.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and the sales team to produce high-quality Reels, TikToks, and static posts using tools like Canva and CapCut.
3. Analytics & Market Intelligence
Performance Reporting: Track KPIs daily and prepare comprehensive weekly/monthly reports on traffic, engagement, and conversion performance.
Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging digital trends in the global and local fashion/retail space.
A/B Testing: Continuously test creative assets, headlines, and landing pages to identify what resonates best with our audience.
Requirements:
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to look at a spreadsheet and understand exactly why a campaign is or isn't working.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for high-stakes copywriting and team collaboration.
Creative Ideation: The ability to brainstorm "viral" concepts that align with the brand's identity.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience. (Experience specifically in Fashion or Retail is a major advantage).
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and E-commerce platforms.
Creative Tools: Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and basic video/photo editing tools for mobile-first content.
