Job Description:

1. Field Outreach & Community Engagement

• Direct Recruitment: Generate and follow up on student leads through physical visits to secondary schools, vocational centers, and youth events.

• Community Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with churches, community leaders, and youth organizations to create awareness and referral channels.

• Public Speaking: Deliver engaging presentations at schools and career fairs to educate prospective students on our programs and value proposition.

2. Digital & Online Lead Generation

• Online Promotions: Leverage social media platforms and online communities to reach and engage potential students where they spend their time.

• Lead Management: Diligently track all generated leads and maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to ensure high conversion rates.

• Market Feedback: Monitor student needs and competitor offerings to suggest improvements to our marketing strategies.

3. Sales & Conversion

• Persuasive Consultation: Act as an advisor to prospective students and parents, addressing their concerns and highlighting the benefits of our institution.

• Event Support: Organize and lead "Open House" events, campus tours, and webinars to close leads.

Requirements:

• Communication: Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.

• Persuasion: Strong "closing" skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Confidence: Highly comfortable with both face-to-face public engagement and online brand promotion.

• Self-Drive: Ability to work independently in the field and manage a flexible schedule to meet recruitment goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualification: HND or BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in field sales, marketing, or student recruitment.
