Job Description:
Strategic Growth & Business Development
Market Expansion: Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to enter new markets and identify untapped opportunities.
Lead Acquisition: Proactively generate high-quality leads and convert prospects through sophisticated negotiation and relationship management.
Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and maintain strategic alliances with key stakeholders and industry partners to drive mutual growth.
Tendering & Pitches: Lead the creation of winning business proposals, pitch decks, and professional presentations for high-stakes meetings.
Marketing & Brand Management
Campaign Oversight: Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to boost brand equity and visibility.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to ensure our products/services remain ahead of industry trends.
Performance Analytics: Track and analyze the ROI of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize spending and campaign effectiveness.
Leadership & Coordination
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure business development activities are synchronized with company capacity.
Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior sales and marketing staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level networking activities.
Requirements:
Result-Oriented: A proven track record of delivering measurable revenue growth under pressure.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex market data into actionable business strategies.
Independence: Highly self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (An MBA or Master’s degree is a significant advantage).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales.
Age: Must be 26 years or older.
Technical Savvy: Solid experience with Digital Marketing tools, CRM software, and performance analytics.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and C-suite presentation abilities.
