Job Description:
We are seeking a sophisticated, strategy-driven Sales Manager to spearhead revenue growth and expand our market footprint. In this role, you will be the commercial architect for our three core verticals: Performance Improvement Centre (PIC), The Business School (TBS), and the Talent Acquisition Factory (TAF). You will not just sell services; you will diagnose complex organizational challenges and prescribe integrated consulting, learning, and talent solutions. The ideal candidate blends high-level business strategy with the disciplined execution required to manage long-cycle enterprise sales and C-Suite relationships.
Requirements:
1. Integrated Sales Strategy & Execution
Go-to-Market Leadership: Translate high-level business goals into actionable quarterly sales plans, developing industry-specific strategies for the private and public sectors.
Consultative Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from complex proposal development and pricing validation to high-stakes executive negotiations.
Cross-Vertical Synergy: Facilitate collaboration between PIC, TBS, and TAF to build "Full-Stack" client solutions that leverage our consulting, training, and recruitment strengths.
2. Pipeline Intelligence & Account Management
Pipeline Discipline: Maintain a rigorous sales pipeline, ensuring every lead is qualified, tracked, and nurtured through structured reporting and follow-through.
C-Suite Relationship Leadership: Build and sustain trust-based relationships with senior executives, DFIs, and business leaders to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.
Key Account Growth: Manage major accounts with a focus on cross-selling and up-selling, ensuring the firm captures maximum value across all service lines.
3. Commercial Mentorship & Market Positioning
Team Coaching: Lead internal "deal-strategy" sessions and mentor BD Specialists to improve their commercial acumen, research depth, and proposal excellence.
Market Foresight: Monitor policy landscapes and competitive shifts to provide the firm with actionable market intelligence.
Thought Leadership: Work with the Marketing team to strengthen brand visibility and contribute to sector briefs and case libraries.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing; MBA is a significant advantage.
Experience: 8–12 years in selling professional services or B2B consulting solutions.
Track Record: Proven success in closing high-value deals with senior executives, public sector leaders, and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs).
Core Competencies
Strategic Acumen: Ability to understand a client's business model and align our services to their strategic objectives.
Sales Discipline: Mastery of CRM tools, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasting.
