We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic B2B sales.
• This role requires a proven sales leader with deep fintech experience, strong client networks, and a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Leverage networks to rapidly build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
• Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract agreements
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams
• Prepare accurate forecasts and sales performance reports
• Recruit, coach, and manage junior sales executives

Requirements:

• 6+ years of B2B sales success in financial services (fintech preferred)
• Strong client relationship and network in financial services sector
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong CRM and funnel management expertise
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
