Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to accelerate business growth for a market-leading organization in the professional pest control sector. In the B2B space, pest control is a critical component of facilities management, public health, and brand protection. Your mission is to identify high-value opportunities, build robust corporate networks, and convert prospects into long-term contract partners.
This role requires a professional with at least 4 years of sales experience and a "closer" mindset. You will leverage your existing professional network to achieve immediate impact, positioning our services as the ultimate solution for food processing plants, hospitality giants, corporate offices, and logistics hubs.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Business Development
Market Penetration: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure new accounts across various industrial and commercial channels.
Lead Generation: Continuously source high-quality opportunities through cold calling, professional networking, and social media engagement.
Solution Selling: Conduct on-site evaluations to identify client pain points and deliver tailored presentations that communicate our competitive advantage.
2. Market Intelligence & Competitive Defense
Trend Analysis: Monitor market shifts and competitor activity to anticipate new opportunities or identify threats to our market share.
Research & Development: Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and suggest innovative strategies that maintain our sustainable competitive advantage.
Industry Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at trade shows, webinars, and conferences to expand the company’s influence.
3. Relationship Management & Deal Closing
Negotiation Mastery: Handle objections with poise and negotiate contract terms that ensure profitability while delivering high value to the client.
Account Stewardship: Build and maintain an elite network of clients, ensuring high retention through professional follow-ups and complaint resolution.
Reporting: Create frequent data-driven reviews and reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and financial forecasts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc. or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in sales with a documented track record of exceeding targets. Pest control or facilities management experience is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a car for field appointments.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for high-level stakeholder interaction.
Adaptability: Ability to pivot sales strategies in response to changing market conditions or customer needs.
