Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performance Sales Executive to drive our Cloud Solutions portfolio in Surulere, Lagos. In a digital-first economy, businesses are migrating to the cloud at an unprecedented rate. Your mission is to be the strategic advisor that guides them through this transition using Microsoft, Google, or AWS ecosystems.
You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from cold outreach and lead classification to complex licensing negotiations and closing. This is a role for a continuous learner: you will be expected to pass one Microsoft certification exam every month to stay ahead of the curve. If you have 2–3 years of experience and a "closer" mindset, we invite you to scale our cloud frontier.
Requirements:
1. Lead Intelligence & Business Development
Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and target high-potential clients through rigorous research, referrals, and cold outreach.
Lead Classification: Utilize a "Hot, Warm, Cold" framework to prioritize leads based on budget, technical need, and decision-making authority.
Inbound Conversion: Manage and nurture inbound inquiries, transforming interest into tangible sales opportunities.
2. Technical Solutioning & Cloud Evangelism
Product Mastery: Develop an expert-level understanding of Microsoft cloud products, services, and complex licensing options to deliver high-impact pitches.
Customized Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the unique operational challenges of each client.
Continuous Certification: Commit to professional growth by passing at least one Microsoft certification exam monthly to maintain the firm’s gold-standard expertise.
3. Account Management & Operational Synergy
Retention & Upselling: Proactively contact existing customers to cross-sell hardware and upsell advanced cloud features.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Accounting Department to ensure the accurate generation of Invoices, Purchase Orders (POs), and Quotes.
Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hardware vendors to ensure a seamless supply chain for integrated solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: HND or B.Sc. in any field.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive.
Specialization: Previous experience selling Microsoft, Zoho, Google, or Amazon (AWS) solutions is a significant advantage.
Technical Appetite: A strong willingness to learn and pass monthly technical examinations.
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Organizational Prowess: Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls and maintain a meticulous sales pipeline.
Collaboration: A team player who can work with the Team Manager to set and exceed individual KPIs.
