Job Description:
CFAO Mobility is looking for elite Sales Executives to drive our market leadership in the Nigerian automotive sector. In this role, you aren't just selling cars; you are providing sophisticated mobility solutions to a discerning clientele. Your mission is to manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from initial HNI engagement and personalized consultations to showroom excellence and long-term relationship management.
We are looking for individuals who "speak the language" of the premium market. If you have a deep understanding of automotive engineering, a proven track record in luxury sales, and the emotional intelligence to manage High-Net-Worth relationships, we want you to represent the CFAO brand in Lagos.
Requirements:
1. HNI Relationship Management & Business Development
Portfolio Stewardship: Actively manage and expand a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate executives, providing bespoke mobility advice.
Consultative Selling: Guide clients through the technical specifications, financing options, and value propositions of the CFAO fleet.
Network Leverage: Utilize existing professional networks to generate high-quality leads and drive showroom traffic.
2. CRM & Customer Experience Excellence
Data-Driven Sales: Maintain meticulous records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track pipeline health and follow-up schedules.
Experience Optimization: Ensure every client touchpoint—from the first call to the post-delivery service check—reflects the premium standards of CFAO Mobility.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor pricing, and emerging mobility technologies (EVs, hybrid systems) to provide superior advice.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of BA/BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in Automobile Sales is essential. Experience handling high-value assets and premium clients is highly preferred.
Location: Must be based in Lagos with a strong understanding of the local commercial landscape.
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to present complex technical data simply.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using modern CRM tools to drive sales efficiency.
Industry IQ: A thorough understanding of the mobility industry, including leasing, fleet management, and automotive maintenance cycles.
