Job Description:

Stellar International Company, the force behind Ant Online Shopping, is aggressively expanding its footprint in Port Harcourt. We are looking for 10 highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our frontline. In this role, you aren't just selling products; you are building the infrastructure of commerce in the Garden City.

Your mission is to bridge the gap between our premium product line—including a focus on steel products—and a diverse customer base. You will be responsible for driving individual sales, maintaining a high-performance team culture, and ensuring every customer interaction strengthens the Stellar brand. Requirements:

1. Sales Execution & Market Penetration

  • Direct Selling: Actively promote and sell Stellar International products (with a strategic focus on steel and industrial goods) to both new and existing customers.

  • Target Mastery: Take full ownership of individual sales quotas while contributing to the collective 10-person team goal.

  • Persuasive Negotiation: Leverage product knowledge to overcome objections and close deals in a competitive market.

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Client Retention: Build and maintain deep, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.

  • Service Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing expert advice and handling customer feedback with speed and professionalism.

  • Data Integrity: Keep meticulous records of sales activities, customer preferences, and market feedback to help the company pivot strategies.

3. Technical Product Advocacy

  • Steel Product Specialization: Utilize your knowledge of steel products to provide technical guidance to industrial clients (a significant advantage).

  • Retail Integration: Effectively sell across our digital platform (Ant Online Shopping) and physical retail channels.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND qualification.

  • Location: Must be a current resident of Port Harcourt.

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or marketing of steel products is a high-value advantage.

  • Mindset: Highly goal-driven with a proven ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
