Job Description:
- We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales, collections, and distribution of solar inverters.
- The role involves recruiting, training, and managing a large field sales team, driving sales growth, ensuring timely collections, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of field sales agents.
- Drive inverter sales and meet monthly sales and collection targets.
- Conduct market activations and community sales campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and grow market share.
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Prepare weekly sales performance and collection reports.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of Lagos State market.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in field sales or solar/inverter sales.
