Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Supervisor to spearhead our market expansion in Abuja and Jos. In this role, you are the primary driver of regional revenue. Your mission is to aggressively expand our distribution footprint, optimize the performance of existing partners, and lead a high-velocity sales team to dominate the local market.
As a Sales Supervisor, you are both a strategist and a field general. You will be responsible for everything from high-level distributor recruitment to leading "market storms" on the ground. If you have a proven track record of meeting ambitious sales targets and the leadership grit to manage a dynamic field force, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
1. Channel Expansion & Distributor Management
Market Development: Proactively identify and recruit new tier-one distributors in your allocated region to widen our market reach.
Performance Governance: Manage and support existing distributors to ensure they consistently hit their monthly procurement targets.
Tiered Distribution: Build a robust secondary market by recruiting and developing sub-dealers and wholesalers to ensure product depth in every neighborhood.
2. Field Leadership & Market Activation
Team Optimization: Lead, mentor, and manage your regional sales team. You have the authority to restructure and replace team members as necessary to ensure a high-performance culture that hits targets.
Market Storms: Direct and participate in high-impact "market storms" and activation events to drive product visibility and immediate sell-out for distributors.
Strategy Execution: Implement approved nationwide sales strategies and adapt them to the unique dynamics of the Abuja and Jos trade environments.
3. Reporting & Strategic Recommendation
Data Stewardship: Prepare and submit meticulous daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including comprehensive monthly stock balance audits for all distributors.
Package Innovation: Analyze market trends to recommend attractive, non-incentive packages that add value to distributors and give us a competitive edge.
Target Accountability: Take full ownership of the regional budget, ensuring a minimum achievement of 70% of the set Monthly Sales Target.

Professional Profile
Leadership: Proven experience in supervising field sales teams and managing distributor relationships.
Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the trade routes and consumer behavior in Abuja or Jos/Plateau State.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data and stock balances to make informed logistical decisions.
Core Competencies
