Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy and professional Sales Executive to join our 5-star community pharmacy and supermarket hubs in Surulere and Yaba. As a key member of a rapidly growing retail chain, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer receives a premium shopping experience that blends pharmaceutical care with high-end retail convenience.

Requirements:

1. Sales Excellence & Customer Advisory

  • Product Promotion: Present and sell a wide range of products across both the pharmacy and supermarket sections, using persuasive arguments to meet customer needs.

  • Needs Analysis: Perform quick "needs-based" assessments of walk-in customers to recommend the most suitable products, from household essentials to over-the-counter wellness items.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.

2. Retail Operations & Merchandising

  • Standard Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is impeccably organized, reflecting the "5-star" branding through clean displays and properly labeled pricing.

  • Inventory Advocacy: Monitor stock levels on the shelves and collaborate with the store manager to ensure top-selling items are always available.

  • Promotional Execution: Implement in-store promotions and marketing trends to boost daily transaction volumes.

3. Problem Resolution & Reporting

  • Issue Resolution: Expedite the resolution of customer complaints or inquiries to ensure maximum satisfaction and protect the brand's reputation.

  • Sales Tracking: Track daily sales activities and provide feedback to management regarding customer interests, competitive activities, and potential new products.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of an OND qualification.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within a pharmacy, supermarket, or premium retail environment.

  • Location IQ: Deep familiarity with the Surulere or Yaba business landscape and customer demographics.

Core Competencies

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and "soft skills" required for high-end service.

  • Motivation: Target-driven with a proven ability to meet sales outcomes within schedule.

  • Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Integrity: Highly trustworthy, especially when handling premium inventory and customer data.

Salary

N70,000 - N90,000 monthly.
